Stephanie Telfair

Program Director

My name is Stephanie Telfair (she/her/hers).  I am the Director here at The Beyond House, Young Adult Access Center. For the past decade, I have worked tirelessly to empower, support and foster healthy families and communities daily with Child & Family Services. IT TAKES A VILLAGE!  My dedication and commitment are in providing a safe space for our youth and young adults to gain confidence within themselves while creating a vision and hope for their individualized journey to adulthood. I fully understand the POWER behind mentorship, taking small steps, and meeting them where they’re at.

My name is Miata Bawoh and I’m the Outreach & Engagement Specialist at the Beyond House, Young Adult Access Center. I’ve always enjoyed connecting people to the right opportunities and I’m so happy to be able to do that for the Beyond House. My hope is to inspire the youth, showing them that they are able to create the life of their dreams (with hard work and determination).
