The Beyond House!

The Beyond House, Young Adult Access Center is a drop-in center for 16-21-year-olds that is a low barrier (free, no referral or insurance needed) youth-driven safe space that supports young adults’ transition into adulthood, be a bridge for mental health and substance misuse services, community resources, encourage social connectedness, leadership opportunities, and fostering healthy family relationships.

We are inclusive of all races, cultures, gender identities, religions, and sexual orientations. Everybody is welcome.

Peer Support

Two YAPMs, a Recovery Navigator, and a Family Partner who engage with young adults, create linkages to behavioral health treatment and other supports while modeling and training YAs in advocacy through virtual meetings, groups or one-to-one support conversations via drop-in or scheduled.

Community Resources

Access center is a bridge to community resources for young adults and families by learning their needs, creating awareness, and introducing them to resources available within their community.

Referrals To Mental Health Services

The Beyond House will easily assist young adults with referrals directly to our other Child & Family Services programs for all mental health needs. This includes therapy, psychiatry, case management, outreach services, family support services, walk-in mental health appointments, and mobile crisis, just to name a few. We also work together with external partner agencies and can refer out whenever needed.
